1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Quotes, Scope, and Order Start

Prices shown on the website are starting prices only. They are marketing prices, not final binding quotes.

• Scope confirmation: Work is based only on the scope confirmed in writing through chat, email, invoice, or proposal.
• Scope changes: Any request beyond the confirmed scope may require extra time, extra payment, or a revised quote.
• Order acceptance: We may accept, decline, pause, or re-scope any order before work starts.
• Start of work: Work begins when scope is confirmed and any required payment, deposit, access, or files are received.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact details, technical access, and project information.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups before work begins unless backup work is explicitly included in scope.
• You must have the right to give us any files, content, licenses, credentials, or server access you share.
• You must not ask us to perform illegal, abusive, infringing, or platform-violating work.
• Delays in providing access, approvals, content, or replies may delay delivery dates.

5. Payments and Billing

• Invoices must be paid on time and in the currency stated on the invoice.
• Third-party gateway fees, processor fees, taxes, foreign exchange charges, and bank fees are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable once charged by the payment provider.
• Late or failed payments may pause delivery, support, file release, or future work.

6. Delivery, Revisions, and Acceptance

• Delivery timelines are estimates unless a fixed deadline is explicitly agreed in writing.
• Completion means the agreed deliverables have been installed, configured, sent, or otherwise handed over.
• Requests for extra features, redesigns, migrations, optimizations, or new integrations are not included unless stated in scope.
• If you use the delivered work in production, continue building on it, or do not report a material issue within a reasonable time, the work is treated as accepted.

7. Included 7-Day Support

Unless a page or invoice says otherwise, listed service orders include 7 days of post-delivery support.

• What it covers: Reasonable help with issues directly related to the delivered scope.
• What it does not cover: New features, version upgrades, unrelated server work, third-party outages, provider issues, client-side changes, or damage caused after handoff.
• No managed service promise: This support window is not a monthly maintenance plan, uptime SLA, or 24/7 response guarantee.
• Support may end early: The included support window may be limited or voided if credentials are changed, files are edited by others, server state materially changes, or key recommendations are ignored.

8. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive the right to use the final deliverables created for your order, subject to any third-party licenses that apply. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, scripts, know-how, internal workflows, and any reusable components that are not uniquely sold as exclusive intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Many services rely on third-party software, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, registrars, control panels, plugins, or marketplaces. We are not responsible for their pricing, outages, bans, security issues, policy changes, discontinued features, or product updates.

10. Suspension and Refusal of Service

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service at our discretion if:

• You violate these terms or applicable law
• You engage in abuse, harassment, fraud, or chargeback misuse
• You request work that is unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or against provider policies
• You fail to provide required access, approval, or payment

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services, content, and deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, future compatibility with every third-party update, or results beyond the confirmed scope.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuvraj Verma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, downtime, loss of business, loss of data, or reputation harm.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Yuvraj Verma harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your content, your credentials, your infrastructure, or your breach of these terms.

14. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us first before filing a payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks after work has started or been delivered may be treated as a material breach of these terms. We may suspend access, stop support, contest the chargeback, and decline future work in such cases.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes related to these terms, the website, or any order will be subject to the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
